Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation TPA/Employer (IPMT) to lead client onboarding, oversee implementation projects, and coordinate between clients and Navitus subject matter experts. The role emphasizes relationship building, clear communication, and successful transition management.

The IPMT will guide kickoff sessions, document requirements, and ensure on-time delivery while supporting other client-related and internal projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
2 years of client-facing management experience in healthcare; PBM industry preferred.
Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Prepare for and lead new TPA/employer client kick-off meetings.
Assist with impact analysis to determine requirements for smooth implementation.
Document requirements in standard templates and obtain client approval before builds.
Create and maintain a high-level project plan.
Monitor progress and provide weekly status updates to clients and management.
Provide go-live support and coordinate post-implementation reviews.
Travel to client sites as needed and support internal projects.
