Job summary

Germfree Laboratories Inc. in Ormond Beach, FL is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead complex hospital-based installations of Smarthood™ and related equipment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client communications, and ensure on‑time go‑live with minimal disruption to pharmacy operations. The role requires strong project management, knowledge of cleanroom equipment, and the ability to travel up to 75% regionally, nationally, and internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing complex cleanroom equipment in hospital settings.
• Ability to manage multiple hospital-scale installations with tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer kickoff calls and implement Smarthood™ projects from discovery to go-live.
• Be the main contact for communication and status updates during implementation.
• Install and configure Smarthood™ hardware and software components.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and maintain installation documentation.
• Travel up to 75% regionally, nationally, and internationally as needed.
