Qualifications

• Five or more years of retirement plan implementation/onboarding experience.
• Ability to manage workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client/advisor experience during the implementation phase of the plan.
• Act as a liaison between clients, advisors, and platform providers.
• Participate in weekly calls to manage plan timelines.
