Nova 401(k) Associates is seeking a fully remote Defined Contribution Account Manager to support 401(k) plan administration, design, and compliance consulting. The role emphasizes client/advisor service and collaboration with our implementation and plan document teams.

Remote work is offered with strong support and a focus on meeting weekly goals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of plan administration or consulting, familiarity with 402(a), 3(16), and PEPs, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in 401(k) plan administration or consulting.
• Experience with pricing and billing is a plus.
• Familiarity with 402(a), 3(16), and PEPs is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work remotely and adapt to a fast-growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client and advisor relationships with high retention.
• Manage a caseload of PEP and 402(a) clients.
• Prioritize workload to meet weekly goals in a team setting.
• Provide superior client service with plan operation and design advice.
• Coordinate with record-keepers and advisors for great client experience.
• Follow AMP and Nova policies and procedures.
• Communicate industry developments to clients and investment advisors.
