Shopmonkey is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide customers through onboarding and ongoing success. You will be the primary contact during implementation, delivering top-tier service and training to ensure a smooth start for new customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment. Hybrid work options available in the U.S.

Our Best-in-Class Implementation Team is leading the way and revolutionizing the automotive industry with 5 star customer service. With a thorough understanding of Shopmonkey products, and a focus on creative problem solving, every Shopmonkey customer receives exceptional care and attention from our team. Please note for candidates in the San Jose area, this would be a hybrid role with 2-3/days per week on-site at our Morgan Hill office for team collaboration.

You Will Have The Opportunity To:

• Serve as the main point of contact during a customer’s implementation process
• Deliver top tier customer service and support across all product areas
• Assist in training customers to ensure the successful beginning of a new customer journey
• Coordinate deliverables with various internal departments
• Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business
• Learn all about the Shopmonkey product suite and automotive industry

We Are Looking For People Who:

• Have at least 2+ years of relevant experience preferred or automotive industry knowledge and experience
• Have a clear, professional, friendly and informative communication style
• Enjoy creative problem solving and taking on new challenges
• Have exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to multi-task
• Are self-directed learners and highly motivated to succeed
• Thrive in a dynamic & collaborative startup environment, and are comfortable with ambiguity
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving customer needs
• Have a related education background (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• Are familiar with a SaaS business models and tools

Nice to have:

• A true appreciation for cars and/or are familiar with the automotive industry!

In the United States the range is typically a salary of $60,000 to $70,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job‑related and non‑discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors. In addition to this base compensation company stock options and benefits as outlined below are included.
