Shopmonkey is seeking a customer support professional to join our hybrid team in Morgan Hill, CA. You will engage with auto repair shops, resolving inquiries by phone, email, and chat, while documenting interactions and guiding shops to effective platform usage.

We value problem-solving, strong communication, and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment. Evening/weekend shifts and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer support experience in a high-volume environment.
• Clear, professional, friendly communication style.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Learn Shopmonkey product suite and automotive industry.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service to auto shops.
• Gather and document shop information; educate to prevent future contacts.
• Address escalated customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage workload and maintain attendance standards.
• Provide recommendations on using the Shopmonkey platform.
• Balance policy with customer benefits in decision making.
