Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking an Implementation Manager (pharmacy technician) to act as a liaison between franchise partners and the company, ensuring onboarding tasks meet expectations and comply with established policy. The role includes ongoing consultative support and education services to franchise locations.

You will support regulatory compliance efforts, collaborate with vendors, and guide new franchises through construction, equipment installation, and initial inspections,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Certification from a nationally accredited pharmacy technician program and ongoing education required.
• Experience in infusion pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with USP Chapter and state Board of Pharmacy regulations related to compounding rooms and personnel.
• Provide consultative support and guidance to new franchisees on facility construction, sterile compounding, and regulatory surveys.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for equipment and supplies across franchise locations.
• Coordinate onboarding standards, resources, and education programs to meet franchise needs and regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with franchise owners and contractors to ensure timely project completion and effective onboarding.
