Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking an Implementation Manager who will serve as a liaison between franchise partners and the company to ensure onboarding tasks meet expectations and comply with policy. The role provides ongoing consultative support and educational development while upholding regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has sterile compounding and infusion pharmacy experience, plus strong organizational, teaching, and communication skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or associate degree required; relevant credentials preferred.
Certification from a nationally accredited pharmacy technician program required/maintained.
Experience in infusion pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure onboarding tasks meet expectations and comply with policy.
Provide ongoing consultative support and educational development to franchises.
Support facility design, sterile compounding training, and vendor management.
Review onboarding standards and update resources to regulatory standards.
Coordinate with franchise owners, contractors, and vendors for timely projects.
Serve as a resource on accreditation and sterile compounding regulations.
Collaborate to complete milestones on time and report progress to leadership.
Handle internal communications and follow established franchise onboarding protocols.
