Job summary
Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking an Implementation Manager—a certified pharmacy technician—to serve as a liaison between franchise partners and the company, ensuring onboarding tasks meet expectations and comply with policy. This role supports ongoing training, regulatory inspections, vendor management, and project milestones across franchise locations.
Applicants should have sterile compounding experience and strong project leadership.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy technician certification from a nationally accredited program and ongoing education requirements.
- Experience in sterile compounding and infusion pharmacy operations.
- Knowledge of USP Chapter regulations and state Board requirements.
- Experience supporting onboarding and project coordination for franchise operations.
Responsibilities
- Guide onboarding of franchise partners and ensure compliance with policies.
- Develop facility design resources and sterile compounding training materials.
- Provide consultative support for regulatory surveys and vendor management.
- Coordinate construction projects and equipment installation across locations.
- Report progress and communicate status to leadership.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and onboarding teams.
