Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking an Implementation Manager to act as a liaison between franchise partners and the company, ensuring onboarding tasks align with policy and meet expectations.

The role provides ongoing consultative support for compliance, training, and development across franchise locations, including facility design resources and vendor coordination, with adherence to USP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree required.
• Certification from a nationally accredited pharmacy technician program preferred.
• Experience in infusion pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure onboarding tasks meet franchise expectations and policy.
• Support development of facility design resources and sterile training materials.
• Provide consultative guidance on facility construction and inspections for new franchises.
• Review onboarding standards and update resources to meet regulatory standards.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely equipment installation at each location.
• Coordinate with franchise owners and project teams to meet milestones and timelines.
• Communicate progress to leadership and document key metrics.
