Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services, LLC seeks a remote, full-time Implementation Manager who is a certified pharmacy technician to serve as a liaison between franchise partners and the company. You will oversee onboarding tasks, ensure compliance with established policy, and provide ongoing consultative support and education to franchise locations across the United States.

The role requires experience in sterile compounding and infusion pharmacy operations, with excellent organizational and teaching

Qualifications

• Certification as a nationally accredited pharmacy technician is required or preferred.
• Experience with sterile compounding and infusion pharmacy operations is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for collaboration with franchise partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure onboarding tasks meet franchise and policy guidelines.
• Provide ongoing consultative support and education to franchise locations.
• Assist with facility design, sterile compounding training, and regulatory readiness.
• Maintain and revise onboarding resources to meet regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and franchise owners to ensure timely project completion.
