Job summary

Rebar is hiring an Implementation Manager to own client onboarding, training, and early-stage success. This remote-based role in the US focuses on in-person onboarding, developing repeatable processes, and acting as the voice of the customer to inform the product roadmap.

Expect frequent travel to client sites and close collaboration with Founders, CS, Sales, and Engineering. You will build playbooks, manage CRM/ticketing workflows, and create training materials to simplify complex HVAC features

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical or operational role within the Commercial HVAC/Mechanical industry.
• HVAC industry familiarity required.
• Strong project-management skills with ability to create processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own In-Person Onboardings: run kickoff sessions, virtual demos, and hands-on trainings
• Build Repeatable Processes: create playbooks, materials, metrics, and tracking
• Be the Voice of the Customer: gather feedback on-site (up to 50% travel) and feed it to founders
• Troubleshoot in Real Time: clear adoption blockers and keep implementations on track
• Collaborate with Founders, Sales, and Engineering to surface insights and influence product roadmap
• Help maintain the client management section of CRM and ticketing/messaging systems
• Create and maintain internal and client-facing documentation, including workflows, FAQs, and best practices
• Help develop product demos, training materials, and short tutorials for technical and non-technical users
