Rebar, an innovator in AI-native software for the HVAC supply chain, seeks a Client Experience Leader to support our Client Success motion and work with CS, Product, and Sales to assist clients and define best practices.

The role is full-time and remote across Pacific/Midwest/Central time zones, requiring 2+ years in construction tech, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction tech, HVAC/ME contracting or related fields.
• Strong troubleshooting across web-based software.
• Able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
• Highly organized and responsive in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort working remotely with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support across live messaging, tickets, and screen-share/video calls.
• Own outcomes and meet SLAs for response and resolution times and CSAT.
• Prioritize tickets without sacrificing quality or speed.
• Troubleshoot and escalate to Engineering for fast resolutions.
