Job summary

Rebar is hiring an Implementation Manager to own client onboarding, training, and early-stage success. You will lead on-site kickoff sessions, virtual demos, and hands-on trainings while building repeatable processes and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical or operational role within Commercial HVAC/Mechanical industries (e.g., Estimating, Project Management, or MEP Design)
• HVAC industry familiarity required
• Strong project-management skills with ability to build processes from scratch and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of each month

Responsibilities

• Own in-person onboarding sessions, virtual demos, and hands-on trainings
• Build repeatable processes by creating playbooks, materials, metrics, and tracking
• Be the voice of the customer by gathering feedback on-site and relaying it to founders
• Troubleshoot adoption blockers to keep implementations on track
• Collaborate with founders, Sales, and Engineering to surface insights and influence product roadmap
• Maintain client management in CRM and ticketing systems, handling inbound questions via email, live chat, video calls and tickets
• Create and maintain internal and client-facing documentation, workflows, FAQs, and best practices
• Develop product demos and training materials to simplify complex features for technical and non-technical users
