Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a Customer Success professional to guide bookkeeping and accounting firms through onboarding and their first 90-100 days on our B2B accounting software.

You will run one-hour onboarding calls, manage implementations for a portfolio of clients, train teams, handle product updates, and serve as the primary contact during onboarding to support renewals and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time work experience.
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience is required.
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Notion, Intercom, QuickBooks, Xero, and Zapier.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour onboarding calls over Zoom to support setup and provide introductory product training.
• Manage implementation for a portfolio of small and midsized bookkeeping and accounting firm clients during their first 90-100 days.
• Hold follow-up calls for setup, feature training, team training, and product updates.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer questions during onboarding and work to support strong renewal outcomes.
• Document customer feedback and feature requests to inform product improvements and internal processes.
• Transition out as the dedicated point of contact after the implementation support period.
