Job summary

Evans, Inc. is seeking a Data Solutions Developer to support FAA-related contracts and the deployment of an air traffic support system.

You will own end-to-end delivery from data modeling to UI, writing production code and ensuring robust, scalable solutions. The role emphasizes advanced SQL, Power BI, Power Pages, HTML/CSS/JS, and Dataverse, with a focus on data integrity, testing, and sustainment in a federal project environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 16 years of relevant experience. Degrees may credit toward experience.
Advanced SQL proficiency supporting operational apps, reporting, analytics.
Hands-on data architecture design for relational schemas and data models.
Design and maintain validation logic, data integrity controls, and efficient data structures.
Develop and manage complex Power BI reports and dashboards using DAX.

Responsibilities

Translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Design, develop, maintain databases, dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools.
Develop centralized capabilities to improve data integration and automation.
Reduce manual data handling and improve reliability of implementation data.
Test, troubleshoot, and sustain solutions as requirements evolve.
Provide technical depth to reduce reliance on a single developer.
