Job summary

EngFlow is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge sales and engineering, providing technical leadership on Build and Remote Execution to prospects and customers. You will help solve complex challenges with our cutting-edge tooling in a remote-friendly setup, engaging with large enterprise clients.

The role requires Bazel expertise, 4+ years in pre-sales, strong development skills, and the ability to communicate value to technical and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Bazel experience.
• 4+ years in technical pre-sales or sales engineering.
• Strong software development skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities in technical environments.
• Ability to link business value to technical solutions.
• Experience implementing software solutions for large, dynamic enterprises.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical domain expert on Build Solutions for the sales team and key client relationships.
• Configure, install, and support the company products, troubleshoot issues, ensure client needs are met.
• Clearly communicate the company’s technology and value proposition to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead technical discovery and provide architectural guidance to support sales campaigns.
• Offer expertise in Bazel, Build Technologies, distributed systems, cloud (AWS/GCP), DevOps, and IT operations.
• Foster an environment focused on strategic customer success and feedback.
• Engage with potential customers via LinkedIn, Bazel Slack, GitHub, emails to generate new opportunities.
• Develop prototypes and tools to assist in lead generation and broaden addressable market.
