Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build system issues.
• Help customers optimize their workflows using EngFlow.
• Partner with Engineering to track product bugs and feedback.
• Create and maintain documentation for future support.
• Engage with the community and represent EngFlow.
