Job summary

T2 Systems is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the integration of our products into customer operations from design through deployment.

You will collaborate with sales, PM, and technical teams to ensure the solution meets customer needs, while guiding customers through customization, testing, and deployment processes. This role emphasizes strong technical prowess and customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field and 3–5 years experience.
• Advanced technical knowledge and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Experience in software implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for business functionality during implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead the preparation and maintenance of business/functional specs reflecting customer requirements.
• Gather customer requirements and advise on best system configuration options.
• Coordinate with sales, PM, and tech teams to ensure product meets customer needs.
• Manage multiple installations and projects and provide training on software.
