Job summary

Hudl is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead onboarding and ongoing education for our elite customers in North American hockey and volleyball within the College & Professional unit. You’ll apply deep product knowledge to ensure smooth, successful implementations and drive value for customers.

As a client-facing expert, you’ll train users, align with Sales, surface insights for product teams, and help scale our global training strategy while traveling monthly to client sites when needed.

Qualifications

• Sportscode experience required.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new products, sports and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills with software and hardware installations.
• Effective trainer able to simplify complex concepts.
• Team-focused with willingness to support department initiatives.
• Willingness to travel to client sites monthly.

Responsibilities
