Job summary

Hudl is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead onboarding and ongoing education for our elite customers. You will apply deep product knowledge to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing success, focusing on North American hockey and volleyball markets within our College & Professional unit.

You will train customers, tailor workflows, gather feedback for product teams, and collaborate with Support, Sales and Education to execute our global training strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience using Sportscode to train customers and optimize workflows.
• Adaptable, able to pivot as strategies and product lines evolve.
• Strong problem-solving across software and hardware in live installations.
• Effective trainer capable of breaking down complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Team-oriented with willingness to support department initiatives and front-line needs.
• Willingness to travel and visit customers regularly.
