Job summary

Catapult Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to support NHL, AHL, PWHL, and NCAA hockey customers across Catapult and Perch solutions. You will build strong relationships with performance staff, translate sport science insights into actionable recommendations, and drive adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an elite/high-performance hockey environment with hands-on Catapult wearable tech experience.
• Direct experience with NHL, AHL, PWHL, NCAA hockey teams preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong understanding of athlete monitoring tech (GPS, inertial sensors, performance data).
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer lifecycle for NHL, AHL, PWHL, and NCAA hockey customers, focusing on health, adoption, engagement and value realization across Catapult and Perch.
• Build trusted relationships with coaches, performance staff, analytics, and leadership groups.
• Develop account plans aligned to each customer’s hockey calendar and season milestones.
• Deliver onboarding, training, workshops, and product demonstrations—virtual and on-site.
• Analyze Catapult/Perch data to provide sport science insights and practical recommendations.
• Represent the voice of the customer to Commercial, Product, and Product Support, guiding feedback and opportunities.
