Job summary

Elite Hockey HQ builds training software used by hockey players and teams — adaptive workouts, skill video libraries, and daily readiness tracking spanning off-season, pre-season, and in-season phases. We're looking for a Partnerships Manager (Teams & Camps) to grow and manage relationships with hockey teams, leagues, and camps/showcases that use or could use our platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management.
• Familiarity with the hockey ecosystem (junior leagues, prep programs, AAA/youth hockey, or camps/showcases).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to build trust with coaches and decision-makers.
• Proven ability to manage a sales or partnerships pipeline and hit growth targets.
• Willingness to travel to camps, showcases, and team events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close partnerships with junior, prep, AAA, and college hockey teams, leagues, and camps/showcases
• Manage a pipeline of team and camp accounts from first outreach through onboarding and renewal
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, coaches, and program directors
• Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure teams get set up successfully on the platform
• Negotiate partnership terms, team pricing plans, and camp collaborations
• Track partnership performance and report on pipeline, activations, and retention

What we're looking for

• Familiarity with the hockey ecosystem — junior leagues, prep programs, AAA/youth hockey, or camps/showcases
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with coaches and organizational decision-makers
• Proven ability to manage a sales or partnerships pipeline and hit growth targets
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams
• Self-starter who can travel to camps, showcases, and team events as needed

Nice to have

• Prior playing, coaching, or front-office experience in hockey
• Experience selling or partnering with sports technology or SaaS products
• Existing network of contacts across junior, prep, or college hockey programs
