RoadRunner is seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through the setup journey and establish a strong foundation for a lasting partnership. You will act as a strategic consultant to help customers realize cost savings and sustainability gains from RoadRunner’s services.

You will lead onboarding, coordinate with internal and external teams, and tailor Diversion and Brokering plans to customer needs, ensuring flawless launches and measurable outcomes across

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Operations, Account Management or Sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding execution for new RoadRunner customers.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams during implementation.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Diversion (Recycling) and Brokering (Savings) plans.
• Perform broker and diversion plan implementations to fit customer needs.
• Maintain and update internal workflows to track activities and approvals.
