Job summary

RoadRunner Recycling is seeking a Service Operations Representative to support Mid-Market customers post-implementation. This high-volume, phone-heavy role requires quick problem-solving and proactive vendor coordination to maintain service levels.

You will own complex issues, drive same-day recoveries, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure accurate, timely updates and durable solutions across the partner network.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, B2B customer support.
• Proven ability to manage post-implementation service issues.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
