Job summary

Swans is seeking a data leader who owns the full data lifecycle end-to-end, from raw extraction to dashboards that drive client decisions. You’ll turn fragmented data from multiple tools into a single source of truth, automate where possible, and push AI-enabled improvements.

In a fast-moving, client-facing environment, you’ll work remotely for US-based clients, collaborate with an international team, and own projects from start to finish without heavy bureaucracy.
