• Proficient in Python with Pandas for analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Build statistical models using Python and SQL to quantify historical impact and estimate future impact of Recidiviz interventions.
• Collaborate with growth and fundraising teams to communicate impact analyses to stakeholders.
• Create automated workflows to track progress in improving outcomes.
• Inform data-driven product strategy through collaboration with impact tracking and research leads.
• Define product usage and impact measures in Python/SQL via the metrics framework and Looker.
• Develop experimental and quasi-experimental analyses in consultation with data teams.
