Job summary

GSK is seeking an Immunization Specialist to drive healthcare provider engagement and vaccine uptake across adult customers in a field-based role. You will educate office staff on disease prevention and vaccine portfolios, translating clinical data into meaningful discussions to improve immunization impact.

The role requires strong customer engagement, scientific fluency, and collaboration with Vaccine Sales leadership to ensure compliant and effective execution in diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive (essential function of this role).

Responsibilities

• Drive HCP Demand and Communicate Product Value to engage healthcare providers across internal medicine, family practice and health departments.
• Build and maintain deep expertise in vaccine therapeutic areas and products; stay informed on competitors.
• Support educational programs, conventions, and speaker events to boost vaccine awareness.
• Ensure pull-through across adult segments including in-office vaccination and referrals.
• Collaborate with Vaccine Account Managers to drive product pull through with public and contracted accounts.
• Provide field insights to inform local strategy and optimize resources.
• Maintain CRM documentation and ensure compliant execution.
