Job summary

GSK seeks an Immunization Specialist to drive healthcare provider engagement and vaccine uptake across adult customers. You will educate HCPs on disease prevention and GSK’s vaccine portfolio, translating clinical data into meaningful conversations that support vaccination goals.

Report to Vaccine Sales Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution. The role targets field-based engagement with travel locally and regionally, requiring strong scientific fluency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement.
• Occasional overnights and weekend travel.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive (essential function of this role).
• The selected candidate will be hired at the appropriate level based on experience: Immunization Specialist (grade 8) or Senior Immunization Specialist (grade 7).

Responsibilities

• Drive HCP demand and communicate product value to healthcare providers.
• Engage across internal medicine, family practice and health departments to discuss vaccine benefits.
• Collaborate with account managers to drive product pull through and vaccination uptake.
• Uphold compliant, high-quality customer engagement and maintain CRM documentation.
