Job summary

GSK plc is seeking an Immunization Specialist to drive healthcare provider engagement and vaccine uptake in a field-based role. You will educate HCPs about disease prevention and GSK vaccines, translating clinical data into meaningful discussions to support immunization goals.

You will collaborate with Vaccine Account Directors and Sales Leaders to ensure compliant, effective execution across adult segments, with travel across Champaign, IL and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement. Occasional overnights and weekend travel.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive (essential function of this role).
• Preferred vaccines sales experience and strong account-selling background.

Responsibilities

• Drive HCP demand and communicate product value to physicians and staff.
• Build deep expertise in vaccine products and competitors.
• Support educational programs, conventions, and speaker events to boost awareness.
• Tailor engagement strategies based on local practice dynamics and needs.
• Ensure vaccination pull-through across private and public segments and manage inventory.
• Educate customers on policies and assist with contract execution barriers.
