Job summary

GSK is seeking an Immunization Specialist to drive HCP engagement and vaccine uptake in a field-based role. You will educate clinicians about disease prevention and GSK vaccines, translating data into meaningful conversations that support vaccination goals.

You will work with Vaccine Account Managers and field leadership to ensure compliant execution and impactful customer interactions across adult immunization programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally/regionally, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Drive HCP demand and communicate product value to clinicians.
• Engage healthcare professionals across internal medicine, family practice, and health departments.
• Build deep expertise in vaccine areas and GSK products.
• Support educational programs, conventions, and speaker events to raise vaccine awareness.
• Tailor engagement strategies to local practice dynamics and needs.
• Lead pull-through initiatives across private and public vaccination channels.
• Collaborate with vaccine account teams to optimize product uptake in accounts.
