Job summary

GSK in the US is seeking an Immunization Specialist to drive HCP engagement and vaccine uptake across adult customers. You will educate HCPs on disease prevention and GSK's vaccine portfolio, translating clinical data into meaningful conversations.

This field-based role reports to the Vaccine Sales Director and collaborates with Vaccine Account Managers to ensure compliant, coordinated execution across local markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement.
• Occasional overnights and weekend travel.
• The selected candidate will be hired at the appropriate level based on experience (Immunization Specialist or Senior Immunization Specialist).

Responsibilities

• Drive HCP demand and communicate product value using approved materials.
• Build depth of vaccine knowledge and keep up with competitors.
• Support peer-to-peer educational programs and events to enhance vaccine awareness.
• Tailor engagement strategies to local practice dynamics and needs.
• Assist in stocking, in-office vaccination, and referral processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution.
• Maintain CRM documentation and participate in reviews and huddles.
