Lisinski Law Firm seeks a Staff Attorney to support immigration clients through calls, explanations, and case updates. The role includes reviewing draft applications and collaborating with Senior Attorneys, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet daily case-review goals. Training will be provided, and there is opportunity for growth.

Ideal candidates hold a J.D. from an ABA‑accredited school and active bar membership; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-approved law school and active state bar admission.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client calls to answer legal questions and provide case status updates.
• Explain legal processes clearly and compassionately to clients.
• Review draft immigration applications under Senior Attorneys’ instructions.
• Identify, track, and edit documents before submission.
• Communicate edits effectively to team members.
• Meet daily goals on case reviews and client calls.
• Perform legal research on immigration law topics.
