Lisinski Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to support our Legal Operations Department. This remote role will facilitate communication between legal teams and operations, ensuring legal consistency across teams. The ideal candidate will possess a J.D. degree and have at least 3 years of immigration law experience.

You will serve as a link between attorneys and operations, handle client escalations, and coordinate legal training. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be an active member in good standing of the California state bar.
• 3+ years of immigration law experience required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the team and clients.
• Oversee case management processes and operational workflows.
• Assist in ongoing management of the Firm’s California professional corporation.
