Job summary

WR Immigration is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support onboarding, reporting, and data management for corporate clients. The role can be performed remotely, in-office, or on a hybrid model, with Pacific Time Zone residents prioritized for remote work.

You will collaborate with Partners and Managing Attorneys to generate reports, dashboards, and client-specific tools, while maintaining data integrity and assisting in training materials for client presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of business immigration as a paralegal preferred.
• If no paralegal experience, 3–5 years of business immigration experience in another role acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for corporate clients and coordinate documents.
• Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and client tools with Partners/Attorneys.
• Maintain data integrity in WRapid and assist with data discrepancies.
