WR Immigration is seeking a Client Services Manager to join the Leadership Team and optimize client relationships across the firm’s global platform. You will oversee onboarding for corporate clients, coordinate with the WRapid team, and help Partners deliver client-focused documents and dashboards.
Responsibilities include developing workflow protocols, data management initiatives, and training materials for client presentations.

The Client Services Manager is a member of the WR Immigration Leadership Team, working alongside the Executive Committee to develop and implement best practices to support the firm’s legal services. Decisions made by the individual in this position influence many of the firm’s daily operations, especially in relation to client relationships and interactions.
This is a remote, full-time regular position. The pay rate for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 annualized.
