Job summary

Ellis Porter - The Immigration Attorneys in Troy, MI seeks an Immigration Case Manager on the High-Skilled Immigration (HSI) team to support clients across industries. You will handle legal writing, case management, and the thoughtful use of technology to research, draft, and prepare persuasive briefs and supporting documentation.

Under supervision of HSI Attorneys and Senior Case Managers, you will prepare comprehensive, well-structured briefs for employment-based matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in immigration case management or paralegal work.
• Strong writing, research and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive legal briefs for employment-based immigration matters.
• Research and draft supporting documentation and filings.
• Coordinate with attorneys and senior case managers on case setup and billing.
• Review documents for clarity, accuracy and deadlines.
• Utilize case management systems and digital tools to stay organized.
• Provide coverage and assist with client communications as needed.
