Job summary

Ellis Porter is seeking an Immigration Case Manager for its High-Skilled Immigration team in the Troy/Ann Arbor area. You will assist clients through the immigration process, draft persuasive briefs, and support attorneys with research and case management.

The role offers flexible arrangements (remote, hybrid, or on-site) with work performed within the United States. Responsibilities include drafting legal briefs for EB-1A/EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 petitions; researching to support claims; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of immigration case management/paralegal experience.
• Strong client-focused communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive legal briefs for employment-based visa matters.
• Conduct legal and industry-specific research to support claims.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents for clarity and deadlines.
