The candidate will work on H-1B, TN, O/P visas, E-2 processing, and end-to-end petitions, requiring 2–5 years’ experience, a JD, and bar admission. Strong research, writing, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in employment-based immigration matters.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to a U.S. state bar.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work with corporate clients and foreign nationals.

Responsibilities

• Handle H-1B petitions, TN applications, and O and P visa renewals.
• Manage E-2 visa embassy processing.
• Collaborate on case strategy and client advising.
