Qualifications

• Admission to any U.S. state bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage H-1B petitions, TN applications, and O and P visa renewals.
• Conduct E-2 visa embassy processing.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on case strategy and client advising.
• Prepare and review end-to-end immigration petitions.
• Engage directly with corporate clients and foreign nationals.
