BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Immigration Associate Attorney in Naples, FL, with the option for remote or hybrid work. The role handles a range of employment-based immigration matters, including direct client interaction and opportunities for professional growth.

You will manage H-1B petitions, TN applications, and visa renewals, coordinate E-2 embassy processing, and work with senior attorneys on strategy and case development.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in employment-based immigration matters.
• Admission to any U.S. state bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage H-1B petitions, TN applications, and O and P visa renewals.
• Conduct E-2 visa embassy processing.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on case strategy and client advising.
• Prepare and manage end-to-end petition processes.
• Engage directly with clients to provide legal guidance.
