Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time IME Assistant Operations Manager (REMOTE) to provide administrative and operational support for Independent Medical Examinations (IME) and related services. This role coordinates communications with claimants, attorneys, providers, and clients to ensure scheduling and post-scheduling tasks are completed accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in scheduling/administration.
• Healthcare/insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments by calling claimants and attorneys and confirm details.
• Communicate with physician offices to confirm attendance and reports.
• Work with providers to secure availability and required documentation.
• Provide timely client updates on attendance and status.
• Coordinate ancillary services (transportation, interpretation).
• Support IME division and collaborate with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and confidentiality.
