The office Coordinator will play an essential role in coordinating administrative tasks related to Independent Medical Evaluations. This position involves timely management of medical records, handling phone communication, supporting clients and medical evaluators, and maintaining organized documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and provides excellent customer service to clients, evaluators and examinees.

Previous administrative or office experience preferred, especially in a medical, legal, or workers' compensation environment. Proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Office, PDF tools, scanning equipment). Ability to work with confidential and sensitive medical information (HIPAA).
