Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time IME Operations Manager (Remote) to oversee scheduling and coordination of Independent Medical Examinations (IME), Record Reviews, and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

This non-clinical leadership role manages day-to-day operations, supervising team members, coordinating provider scheduling, and ensuring services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and within applicable deadlines and state

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years in scheduling, administration, or healthcare support is required.
• Healthcare/insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.
• IME scheduling or records review experience is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IMEs, record reviews, and FCEs to meet client requirements.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and communicate details.
• Partner with physicians to secure availability and documentation.
• Serve as main client contact and ensure high service levels.
• Prepare letters, invoices, and other case documentation accurately.
• Arrange ancillary services for examinations and reviews.
• Supervise the Assistant Operations Manager and provide coaching.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, policies, and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and efficiency.
