Job summary

enGen is seeking an Imaging Systems Administrator to ensure optimal performance, integrity, and regulatory compliance of medical imaging systems across the healthcare ecosystem. You will support the clinical environment, optimize image viewing, interpretation, and data exchange, and participate in project planning and vendor relations.

The role requires collaboration with EMR, RIS, PACS, and DICOM/HL7 standards familiarity, plus experience with system development lifecycles, budget awareness,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with healthcare imaging systems and IT environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal imaging environment and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with EMR/RIS/PACS interfaces and standards.
• Develop project lifecycle documents and manage projects to scope, time, and budget.
• Communicate downtime, upgrades, and workflow changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with imaging standards (DICOM/HL7) and regulations.
