Job summary

enGen is seeking an Imaging Systems Administrator to ensure optimal performance, integrity, and compliance of medical imaging systems and interfaces within a healthcare network. You will participate in project management, vendor relations, and workflow improvements to support clinical environments and seamless image viewing and data exchange.

The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, business and technical teams, and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards while supporting imaging

Qualifications

• Experience in medical imaging systems administration, PACS, or similar healthcare roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience and healthcare industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Image management and system optimization across PACS, RIS, EMR interfaces.
• Lead and participate in projects from requirements to training and deployment.
• Communicate downtime, upgrades, and workflow changes to stakeholders.
• Provide IT support for imaging applications, systems, and data interfaces (DICOM/HL7).
• Ensure QA, testing, validation, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
