Job summary

enGen seeks an Imaging Systems Administrator to ensure optimal performance, integrity, and compliance of medical imaging systems. You will manage interfaces with EMR, RIS, PACS, and Voice Recognition, improve workflows, and support clinical environments for seamless image viewing and data exchange.

Responsibilities include project lifecycle participation, policy input, vendor coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Proficiency with PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
Strong understanding of DICOM and HL7 standards.
Familiarity with network configurations, transmission protocols, and server management.
Experience with hardware and software implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.
Ability to retrieve and analyze data for performance indicators.

Responsibilities

Ensures an optimal environment for viewing and interpretation of medical images.
Monitors interfaces to EMR, RIS, PACS, and Voice Recognition systems.
Verifies data integrity and optimizes image/workflow processes.
Participates in policy development for image management and regulatory compliance.
Assists with vendor management and imaging system upgrades.
Supports project lifecycle documents, testing plans, and training materials.
