Job summary

enGen is seeking an Associate Technical Analyst to ensure optimal performance and compliance of medical imaging systems across the healthcare network. The role emphasizes image viewing, interpretation, and data exchange within the clinical environment.

You will participate in project management, vendor relations, and the development of imaging workflows, while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Experience in medical imaging environments preferred.
• HIPAA/data security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an optimal environment for viewing and interpreting medical images.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive analysis and design of business solutions; maintain lifecycle documents.
• Communicate downtime, upgrades, and workflow changes; liaise with management to minimize disruption.
• Provide IT support and vendor management for imaging applications; learn new skills as needed.
• Ensure standards compliance; conduct testing and UAT; maintain design and architecture documentation.
