Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Remote Support Engineer to deliver Tier 1 remote assistance for CT, MR, XR, VL, and UL imaging systems in a US-based home-office setting.

The role requires shift flexibility in a 24/7 model and collaboration with Field Service Engineers. The candidate will handle intake, troubleshooting, and coordination with Tier 2, ensure accurate ERP updates in Oracle SR, and support uptime and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 year associate's degree in a biomedical/technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of combined field and technical support for diagnostic imaging modalities.
• Canon-specific equipment experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Tier 1 contact, triage, and documentation for service requests.
• Perform remote troubleshooting to reduce downtime and coordinate with Tier 2.
• Escalate with complete case documentation and maintain Oracle SR entries.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
