Qualifications

• 2 year associate degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.
• 3 years combined field and technical support experience in diagnostic imaging.
• Canon-specific equipment experience required.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Willingness for after-hours/on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer service requests.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and triage using tools and logs.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 with proper documentation.
• Maintain updates in Oracle SR system.
• Support reduction of downtime through remote resolution.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in knowledge capture and CSC workflow improvements.
